Dayok (shrimp paste), is a small salted shrimp, it is just like a( bagoong or salted fish intestines). Shrimp (Bagoong) paste varies in appearance, it can be use as a flavor, and spiciness depending on the type you can put this in to your meal. You can also use it as your pampagana in your meal.
